Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer Australia-wide delivery and aim to pack and dispatch orders quickly so your lash supplies arrive safely and on time.

Processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or external factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched, however we will always assist where possible if issues arise.

Incorrect address: Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier.


LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at checkout for your convenience. Once your order is ready, you will receive an “Order Ready for Pickup” email with the exact pickup location and instructions. Please do not attend before receiving this email.

Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification. If you are unable to collect within a few days, please contact us via Instagram.
