Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on lash trays, tools, adhesives, liquids, creams, gels, brushes, or any opened or used items for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incorrect
  • Is significantly not as described

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable items (Change of Mind)

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Lash trays
  • Tweezers & tools
  • Liquids, adhesives, creams & gels
  • Brushes & disposables
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit any rights you are entitled to under law.
